Question:
is it normal to feel completely alone even when your hanging out with people or around others. for the longest time ive been starting to see what people really are and to me everyone is so empty and full of themselves i cant take it anymore so much i blame my family and teachers for all my problems and ignore people when they talk to me im 15 and my life is all work and no play im addicted to cigarettes and being alone im mostly trying to ask if its something i might get over or if i need to go back to my psychiatrist mostly i just need something to talk to and your blog jumped out at me when looking on a paramore blog

It might be a good idea to go back to your psychiatrist. I know what it feels like to be alone, because sometimes even when I’m with friends I feel alone. This just means that you’re not your complete self around them and need to surround yourself around postive, uplifting people. And remember it’s not a good thing to blame other people for the problems your having even though it might seem like the easiest thing to do. And you mentioned that you’re addicted to cigarettes. You’re really young. You’re only 15 and you have SO much life ahead of you to experience new things and how can you do that if you’re intoxicating your body with the posion cigarettes bring? Besides talking to a psychiatrist it might also be a good idea to get help with the smoking issue. I wish you the best of luck!

2. I’m not gonna say my age/grade because I don’t want people thinking I’m too “young” to be giving advice because I’ve been through a lot and can relate.
3. And my life is nothing too exciting or boring right now. I’m pretty much getting ready for the first day of school on Tuesday and just enjoying what remains of Summer.
